Dedicated to a Music Industry Career
One of the most distinguishing characteristics of the music industry, and particularly the festival industry, is that typically the professionals that work behind the scenes do not have a formal educational background or specific training that led them the professional services they provide. These Pros are not a league of certified graduates boasting degrees ((and college loans)), but rather a myriad group that have each found their own unique path to their profession. The journey to a music industry career is a highly specialized path, those that have been successful are self-starters, lack a fear of over-working, and take pride in the details while striving for the grand overall. Historically, this path has been darkly lit – the starting point blurred and the finish line out of view. Wild Hearts Club aims to shine a light on the starting point, provide clear paths and detours around obstacles, and present clear and attainable finish line goals. Helping Wild Hearts find their niche.
Wild Hearts is dedicated to providing opportunities towards a Music Industry Career by providing access to Internships that help to find the perfect career fit, by creating Opportunities for engagement, and by offering a Guiding Light that shines on obstacles, promoting alternate routes, and providing Support all along the journey.
Opportunities to Build Skills
First step is figuring out where you fit in, what your skills sets are, and where you’d like to be. A GREAT jumping off point is to participate at an event, such as a music festival, in a position that lets you feel it all out. Once you have participated once or twice, you may be ready to dial in further with an internship.

Once you’ve got a good idea of where you want to be and what skills you need to build, let us help set you up with an internship that speaks directly to your chosen path. Internships are great ways to build skills and make connections in towards a desired goal.
